A visit that will allows us to explore an “undiscovered” Florence, full of ancient testimonies of when it was a free municipality.
We will see small Romanesque churches, tower-houses of the 12th century, the medieval neighborhood where Dante was born and his family's church. We will visit the Palazzo Davanzati house-museum: a fourteenth-century stately home built by an important merchant family and preserved in its original appearance.
